HEELS ON ICE – Edgework with Bada

UNWRAP ME – Pole & Chair Strip with Bada
From Soft to Savage 🌹
Join Bada for a cheeky chair dance choreo with and around the static pole, that unwraps every layer. Starting in your sweats, ending in your favourite pole wear, bikini, lingerie, etc. you will learn a sensual choreography full of beautiful lines, seductive mood and feel good movement, that will heat up any room in this cold winter.

This class is all about ease and intention: melting into your flow, finding strength in softness, and letting each movement pour effortlessly into the next — like champagne over ice. “HARDSTYLE HEAVEN” is a high-energy pole dance intensive built around explosive beats, raw strength, and badass style. During the sessions, dancers dive deep into musicality, dynamic control and presence — blending hardstyle’s intensity with Bada’s signature bad-bitch precision.

COMMAND MODE is a precision-based pole program designed to sharpen control, refine strength, and elevate technical mastery. In these sessions you will train micro-movements, tension management, and total body awareness to move with absolute control.

This program is your deep dive into the art of presence. “The Bad B*tch Blueprint” is designed to help dancers tap into confidence from the inside out — through posture, musicality, sensual awareness, and stage command. You will learn to connect movement to emotion, choreograph intention into every gesture, and perform with raw, magnetic power. It’s not about perfection, it’s about owning your space like you were born to fill it. 💥

▪️Session 1: 12:00h – 13:30h Focus: Posture, Power, and Embodied Confidence
• Heels technique: walk drills, weight placement, and power stance.
• Posture, eye focus, and intention training.
• Mini choreo to connect stage presence with groove.
